Shipping & Dispatch Policy

We have partnered with various courier aggregators who in turn are associated with reliable companies like Delhivery, Bluedart, FedEx, DHL and many more which enables us to make delivery across the globe. We try our best to dispatch the orders as soon as we receive the order but sometimes there maybe a delay because of product availability issues ,events like public holidays or any unforeseen circumstances on our end or our from our logistics provider's end.

All customers are requested to share their exact, accurate address with matching pin codes  and valid phone numbers for faster and smooth delivery experience.  Our delivery partners will attempt delivery, a maximum of 2-3 times based on your location after which it will be returned to us. Re-order will only be based on product availability.

Shipping within India

  • We provide free shipping for all our orders in India.

  • Delivery  takes 7-10 days to happen. Delays can be caused because of unforeseen circumstances from our end or our delivery partner's end.

  • No additional charges for cash on delivery.

  • For COD orders, delivery guy may call you before coming and for prepaid orders an OTP might be asked upon delivery.

  • You'll receive updates of your dispatched order on SMS/Email through our delivery partners along with the tracking information. If it's not received, you can contact us for the same

International Shipping 

  • No free shipping for orders outside India. 

  • Estimated delivery time is 15-45  days based on your location . There could be delays if any customisation is requested by you.

  • Shipping and handling charges are calculated based on the size/weight of your order and your country. 

  • Charges are added on checkout and no items/products include these charges upfront.

  • VAT/CUSTOM DUTIES :  This is not included in the final amount you pay to us. These charges can be added when the order reaches your country.Any such charges if added by your country officials are to be borne by you, the customer. BOMBAY BLOOM/ AMIR FABRICS hold no responsibility for these charges. We aren't aware of how much the charges will be and neither can we predict these charges. We recommend our customers to contact their country's local custom office to get information on this. In case the receiver, the customer fails to pay these charges and doesn't receives the shipment order, BOMBAY BLOOM/ AMIR FABRICS won't be liable to process any refund for such orders. The order will be considered "SOLD".
