Return Policy for Indian Customers

  1. You can request to return/exchange the purchased product within 7 days from the date of delivery. We'd appreciate requests as soon as possible and no later than 7 days. Any request after 7 days won't be entertained. You can request the return by filling out the form on point 8 of this page.

  2. To apply for a refund and return, the purchased product should meet the below-mentioned conditions:

    • CORRECT AND INTACT PRODUCT:  The product/brand and bar code should match. The MRP tag shouldn't be detached or damaged

    • UNUSED PRODUCT: The returned product should be unused, unwashed, unsoiled and without any fragrance

    • UNDAMAGED PRODUCT: The returned product should be free of any holes and tears to be eligible for a return.

  3. Only after receiving the product and quality check, the refund will be initiated. Return logistics can take up to 15 days to deliver products back to us. 

  4. If the purchased product fails in the quality check, the refund procedure will not be initiated further.

  5. We aim to process the refund as soon as possible and, in any case, within a maximum period of 30 working days after the returned product has been picked up by our courier partner which accounts for the time of return logistics and time taken by the bank for fund transfer.

  6.  Refunds for cash on delivery will require you to send us your bank details to our email id and in some cases, a link will be sent to you on your registered mobile number from our payment partner (Razorpay/Payu). You are required to fill in the details for a refund to be initiated to your account.

  7.  Refunds for online payments will be sent to the original source of payment.

Return Policy for International Customers


  • All international orders are considered "final sale" and are  and un-refundable because of feasibility issues. All international customers are requested to be thorough and sure about their orders. Our team will assist you every step of the way to make sure about you are satisfied with your order.

  • We'll never be obligated to accept a return request but ONLY in a SPECIAL case if the customer feels returning the product is more feasible for them, they can place their request on our mail or call or text on instagram within 3 days of delivery. Upon approval they'll be obligated to bear the return shipping cost or arrange the return to our mentioned address. The product should be dispatched within a week from the date of delivery. After this all the conditions mentioned in return and refund policy for Indian customers will apply. Under no circumstances the customers will receive a refund more than the amount of the product returned.
